Plan B is available at most pharmacies without a prescription to anyone over 18. Just ask the pharmacist for "Plan B" and they'll help you out.

Emergency Contraception (EC) doesn't cause an abortion -- it prevents pregancy from happening.

Be aware that it is not as effective as methods that are used before or during sex, and should only be used as an emergency measure. Remember also that it cannot protect you from a sexually transmitted disease. Only condoms can do that.
